Shipping Policy

We are based within the USA, with a warehouse in the UK. For shipping within the USA, we aim to deliver within 4-7 business days. For shipping within the UK, we aim to deliver within 2-4 business days. This is dependant on our warehouse stock levels. 

If in the rare case there is none left in stock, we will simply source your order from our international warehouses, in which case shipping times will be extended, this information will be relayed to you via email after your purchase, along with your tracking number, once your order is processed, which can take up to 3 days due to high demand. No cancellations will be available during this time.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse and postal office process the orders, which can take an additional day.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

IMPORTANT - Please anticipate minor delays due to the logistics disruption caused by the Coronavirus. These delays are subject to the respective courier service used.
